When our new electrical panel was installed, a small amount of damage was done to the drywall behind our TV.
I didn't want to deal with a big drywall patch, so I smeared glue in the cracks and pushed it flat. I used a board and our heavy digging bar to hold pressure on it.
When it was dry the cracks were barely visible, but I still put a little putty in them. After that it was just primer and paint. Everything now looks as good as new.
